Refund & Cancellations
1. Eligibility for Refund
- A refund is eligible only if the product is returned to Legal Luminary within the applicable return period as defined in the Product Return Policy.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with no visible damage or signs of usage, and with all packaging and accessories intact. Damaged or used products may not be eligible for a refund.
- Digital products or downloadable content, if any, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified under applicable law.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at info@legalluminary.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Upon confirmation, ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns unless otherwise specified.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
- Once a return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within [7-14] business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) or in accordance with the payment method provider’s policies.
- Certain delays may occur depending on bank and payment provider processing times, which are outside Legal Luminary’s control.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our Customer Support team at info@legalluminary.in.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it will not be eligible for cancellation but may be eligible for a return following delivery and in compliance with our return policy.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
- Specific products or categories, including digital products, downloadable content, and special-order items, may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description.

6. Processing Fees and Deductions
- In cases where a refund is issued, any applicable transaction fees, processing fees, or return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, as per the terms of the payment provider and applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
